Laura Linney

Laura Linney is an American actress, who is well-known for her portrayal of strong and vulnerable characters. Linney is from a theatre background, since her father was a playwright Romulus Linney. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in the year 1986. She then completed an M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City, 1990. Her first appearance was on Broadway and was awarded awards for roles such as Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
